Terms of Service: 

Coupons will be inspected with  Ultrasonic Phased Array Testing on coupons with thicknesses 1/4" or more (ASME only), and Radiographic (X-ray) Testing  (plates getting a single view and  0° / 90° views for thin (<1/4 wall ) tubes or pipes). (AWS and ASME)

Coupons will not be returned  with the standard service order and all received coupons after testing will be combined into a salvage container and appropriately recycled or disposed of after inspection.   If returns are required, please state this with order notes, provide a return shipping label with coupons.  An additional fee of $25 will be added to you credit card for this handling fee.

Coupons shall be clearly marked with welder identification and accompanied by your  welder qualification sheet stating relevant information to include  Company name and address, email and phone , coupon specific code requirements, welders  identification and any comments or instructions.   

** We are committed to provide you convenient coupon testing service with reliable and timely results in support of your project welder qualification process.  However, next day results occasionally will not be possible and will be extended depending on many factors to include coupon shipping delays, production times for inspection, Level III review (when necessary), communication failures by email / phone, force majeure situations due to labor, suppliers, equipment repairs, weather,  or other unforeseen or anticipated events.  We will communicate with you during these events and make every effort to expedite the results.  We do not guarantee next day results and if this is the level of service you require for your projects’ welder qualification coupon testing, please contact us or your local NDT service provider for a NDT crew to visit your project site for coupon testing.  CouponTesting.com service does not assume any responsibility for items lost in shipment, miscommunication or errors on welder identifications, along with subsequent reporting errors and/or omissions, final results/reviews of data by other  professionals when performed and  the resulting changes and effects of changes made to each coupon test results.  CouponTesting.com offer a report performed by a Level II technicians for the Method and Technique being performed with the results of Acceptance or Rejection as interpreted by our staff per the code or standard provided by the customer.  The raw data is available for a period of 6 months and will be forward upon request.  It is recommended that each customer follow good engineering and Quality Assurance procedures and processes to insure workmanship and welder qualification is warranted and our coupon test results should be reviewed and managed by a competent person prior to be accepted and utilized within your company’s overall quality control  and quality assurance plan.   We can provide a 3rd party review if you desire, or we can provide the contact information for other testing  resources  if needed.  In any event,  the maximum extent of any refund, claim and mitigated claim resolution will be the summation of total fees paid to CouponTesting.com for  orders in dispute  and relevant shipping costs only.
